Monday February 2nd 1931
The sports group of G.R. met after school. We went and it may not be much. I think they’re going to play basket-, volley-,l and baseball

Sunday February 1st 1931
Sunday school. Harry and Hazel were here for dinner. (6 o’clock) Mother had the best supper but I had to cram it so hard to get to B.Y. that I didn’t enjoy it so much.
Had to lead in B.Y. and it was awful punk.

Wednesday March 29 1033
History test and made up Lit. Went for about 20 minutes for shorthand. Out and then came home and slept.Out there about 7:15. Helped shift scenes all evening and fixed stage.
Talked to John H. mostly between acts.

Tuesday March 28 1933
Out to Edison the 8th period and the stage people and Louis, Rayl & Martha Jane had lunch there. Everything wrong at dress rehearsal but had fun with Bernard 2nd & 3rd act. I didn’t like it but I sat with him the fourth and he gave me an orange.

Monday March 27 1933
The costumes have come and what I’ve seen are darling.We took all the properties out to Edisin for the practice tonight. Bernard Brooks was helping me iron some curtains and missed his cue. Quite a yap. Louis & Lil went with me. Louis & I had cocoa and talked until 11:30.

Sunday March 26, 1933
And Daddy had the headache today. Sunday School. Actually studied some in P.M. Bob Johnston was at BY with Mary and Bernard Brooks nicely came and sat by me. We had ice cream for supper. 12 milk bottles and a penny back. The crocuses are starting to show a little yellow.

Saturday March 25, 1933
Had nice breakfast and spent all morning getting dinner. Mrs. Epley feels the same way I do about the church anymore. We all think there will soon be a change. I came home aad bout 5:30 and had the headache so bad I spent the rest of the evening sleeping.

Friday March 24, 1933
I’ve been making the most gorgeous red damask curtains for the play. Everybody just laughed and laughed at the April Fool Issue. Mrs. Epley called up and asked me to come out for all night so I went to church and then on out. School out at 2:00 for the ?Easter[illegible]

Thursday March 23, 1933
Bill E. corrected all my proofs & they lynotyped the wrong story & Rayl’s swell one they wouldn’t set up. Then after G.P. meeting the car wouldn’t go & I walked home. Louis came and said i was too easy and I cried and then we made the dummy up but I didn’t feel like walking up to play practice so we just stayed home.

Wednesday March 22, 1933
Mother did my hair up in rags and does it look awful. Got satin and bell pull for the bell pull of the play. Ordered my ring after school size 6 green gold $4.15. Saw the first act 8th period- clever. Mary Burtch and I saw the 4th act at Central and Louis walked home with us. We just messed around this evening.
