Thursday September 11th
Mrs. Jones cleaned and I cooked birthday dinner for Paris and Bill Hutchman. Had Chinese Rice with pork chops, broccoli, baked apples and raw vegetable plate with French onion dip. Helen brought Paris food as he is natural diet of raw fruits and vegetables.
Mary and Carl and Mary and Kenny out later. Kenny brought shutters to put on bathroom wall cupboard cupboard.
Mable, Bill’s sister along going back to St Petersburg tomorrow.
Everybody home by 9 and I got things back in order. Sure is great to be able to work without heat and humidity.
Mosquitoes so bad we couldn’t even walk around outdoors.

Wednesday September 10th
Temperature only 72 and humidity down to 39%! 41 straight days of over 80 degrees temperature and humidity around 90- 16 days of rain in August.

Wednesday September 3rd
Told Gary he had two weeks to show me he can keep the plant area in the condition Mary and I got it in for him yesterday. Has to have plants properly watered. No plants sitting on floor in workroom- sales area full of dish Gardens.
Interviewed Janice Clark- working at Richardson’s in Upper Sandusky for a year. Hired her for October 1st to train with Mary Page who will be leaving after Christmas.
Later decided not to take job until they move to Marion if it is still open.
