Trella Hemmerly – 1999-12-04

Saturday December 4th
Slept on sofa. David copied some CBB selections on tape for me to give to Elaine Merchant (Palace manager.) Walked around his garden. Clipped holly for me and pulled starts of his small leaved ivy and gave me Minnie Colquit Iris. Home same way in 2 hours and 40 minutes. Stopped at Nicholls to check color of green chair already ordered with sofa. Okay. Paid with MasterCard as I’ll have more money in January than now. Home at 4. Nice email from Kristy. Temperature 60° Sunny spring like.

Trella Hemmerly – 1999-11-27

Saturday November 27th
Cleaned up kitchen and baked spaghetti. David picked up Vaughn Wiester in Columbus and they came to Marion for Del’s funeral. Out here at 12:15. Had lunch and they stripped living room of all of its personality and stored it in boxes in guest and my bedrooms. David Dug Ostrich Fern and trilliums for his garden. Time too short- left at 3:30. Vaughn still a [illegible]. Printed out digital pix of we three for him.. David fixed computer program so I can use Win-TV. It was freezing the mouse.
