Glee Club.
Minister talked on “Last Days of Christ”
Doris came home for supper with me. My dress finished.
Mrs. Mouser has played rook over there from 7 to 10:30

Wednesday April 16 1930
Aunt Sylvia & mother papering again.
Got certificate of membership to the Geographic Society.
Got pattern for my dress.

Tuesday April 15 1930
Went with Tody to get her permanent.
Stayed at her house all night. Had some terrible lessons.

Monday April 14 1930
Got new pr. Of shoes. Rosenburgs $7.50 Mary a pair too.

[Trella note 2005: Daddy took me to get the shoes. When mother heard how much they cost she was very upset. But daddy said “Trella is of an age when her feet need the best shoes we can buy for her.” Must been the thing to do – I’ve never had foot problems.]

Went up town in P.M. & got goods for a dress – pretty. Floy & Fanny here in eve.

Jeanette [Alexander] has the mumps.
It’s terribly hot.

Started G.R. divisions. Miss Parks our leader for travel is very interesting.
