Got the top layer of dirt off kitchen & living room from remodeling. Had Kathi, kids, Mother & Mary & Rocky out for pork tenderloin & mince pie. Moved TV sets up to new room.

Saturday, February 6, 1971
Finished billing! To Kathi’s for supper. Saw films of Kristi’s birthday. Deposits for the week are $300 short!
(Found it later in addition mistake!)

Friday, February 5, 1971
Crabtree drove in as I was leaving. Paid him $309. More billing. Took Marion Dunn (Mrs. L. A. Wood’s daughter) to Port Columbus. Sunny day. Stopped at Engels.

Thursday, February 4, 1971
Ice storm.
Wilson finishing ceiling with beams – almost through – his bill from Lockwood is $1,700! Paid him $1,000. Genevieve & I worked on billing. Baby sat while Kathi went to German class. Got living room cleaned up some.

Wednesday, February 3, 1971
More billing right up to time Kent’s Flower Arranging Class arrived. Then to Welcome Wagon’s Engaged Girl Party & fashion show. Took 3 bokays to use with 25 dresses.

Tuesday, February 2, 1971
3 hrs. sleep but felt good. To CATV to be on DaLee’s program about bird count. Had Genevieve Beers in to help with billing. Mother to shop. To Straub’s for dinner & Christmas buying.

Monday, February 1, 1971
Kathi & I to see “Tora Tora Tora” – events leading up to & attack on Pearl Harbor. Unbeliveable photography. Carbtree installing heating when I got home at 11. Here till 5 AM.

Sunday, January 31, 1971
David brought Ned Hall home after they jammed at Keg & Vine. They went skiing – sunny but not over 10 all day. Kathi & kids out for lunch. I dragged wood in for fireplaces to keep warm.
Apollo 14 off to moon at 4 pm.

Saturday, January 30, 1971
David walked in at shop about 3:00. To Mary’s for supper & then to Kathi’s for Kris’ birthday party. Don called & I got to say hello. Kris deluged with gifts. I gave her Heidi dress.
