David tuned piano. Pancakes and sausage breakfast. In to parade about 12:30. David and Hink [Bob Hinklin] riding on an antique fire wagon with Dixieland band. Sarah enjoyed it all. She’s putting three and four words together.
Gave her birthday gifts yesterday. I’ll put $50 in savings account as usual. They left for Cincinnati right after parade. I came home and had nap and at 6:30 picked up funeral piece at shop and got mother and Mary & Rocky and went to Forest to call for Dick Baker. He died Sunday a.m.- been sick about six weeks- was almost 95 years old.
