Advent picture on front page of star!

Mike and Mitch called in sick but Sue showed up. So she and Bill Randa liveries. I drove truck on 50 mile run in Northwest part of County with Bill running for me. Afraid to look out front with only Isabel and Lillian to take care of the mob. John Baldauf sent a gift in John of Green Thumb gave me a package and Carl Negley left me a bottle of Lambrusco.
Wrote bonus checks tonight total of $1,500. About half of last year but we’ve been overdrawn ever since July bonuses. I was too generous!

Monday December 19th 1977 David Decker’s birthday age 10.
Sue called in sick, but Mike, Mitch and Bill doing great. I route, Bill gets lined up and Mike and Mitch deliver.
To Mary’s for good supper. Then to Camera Club. Al Tozer gave demo on slide duplicating. I was elected secretary treasurer. My “Coils of Plastic Pipe” slide placed third in slide competition
