Wednesday November 1st 1933
Spent the evening from 5:30 to 1:30 at Mr. Sipes house (my shorthand teacher last year) taking care of his five month old baby. Wrote letters, read and got awfully sleepy. Walt was so disappointed cause I went but I put the $0.50 in our collection.

Sunday October 29th 1933
Late for Sunday school. I stayed at Burtches for dinner and then went home. We took her to Bucyrus to get the train. Went to see Lowell for a minute.

Saturday October 28th 1933
Went after Mary and we went to Mansfield game. We lost. She and Walt here for a while in evening. We took a little ride and then went to her house. She manicured us, washed and waved me and made up generally beautiful. We lay in bed until 3:15 talking.

Friday October 27th 1933
Mary Burtch came bursting in about 11:20. I sure was glad to see her.
