Sunday November 5th 1933
Drove back to Cleveland for dinner. Left Mary in Akron. Eugene took us for a ride around Cleveland. Surely a pretty city. Icicles freezing on trees all the way home.

Saturday November 4th 1933
We started for Cleveland with LaSalle (bus) and got there in 2 hours 10 minutes. Left mother and Grandma there and Walt, Mary, I, Daddy went to Akron. Cold. Took a drive over Akron and listen to the radio on the hill and watched the lights. Didn’t get to kiss Walt good night.

Friday November 3rd 1933
Walt came down for supper but before gave me my gift. 3 Hershey bars, a plaid scarf and a slip to match the dansette Mary gave me. The rest of the family gave me money. I got my 18 kisses during the evening.

Thursday November 2nd 1933
Mother went with us to take Mrs. Haldeman and Walt to see Lowell. Sharin is darling, but Pat broke a lamp. Walt and I walked trying to find Lowell but he came home while we were gone. Working.
