Howard and I to Crum’s to pick strawberries. Got two baskets 8 quarts in about 15 minutes $5.40
Paris & Helen[Romine] out about 6 wanted to tell me the doctor had said it is terminal but they want to try laetrile. Paris mentioned all he hasn’t done and appreciated every bird and flower. Why do we have to stare death in the face to appreciate life?
Judy Kuehnle Etter called to ask about duties of Marion City Park Manager that Greg wants to apply for. He had applied for Tri-Rivers job that Dave [Woessner] is taking. Now I see that Dave got the job because he bowls with someone out there. Why would they hire Dave when Greg has a college degree in horticulture?
