Jackye took me to Roz Stroupes Real Estate Office to see if any good buys available in land. Had four and a half acres at $42,500- city water and sewer. On top of two knobs one block from Main Street Route 60. Sub-divide and sell each of three lots 15,000 to $17,000. Other Lots selling for same already developed so I didn’t think much of deal. Jackye took me to Kent’s condo a duplex it sells for $84,000 and they have 2 not sold. Gorgeous view and nice layout. Stopped at gallery & Jackye bought “Shoefly” Shute artist autographed his picture in this month’s Arizona Highways. Jackye has his first oil hanging in her living room.
