1 and 1/2 hour conference with Ted Mitchell and Joe Halberstein on options on selling him release. Can sell assets of the corporation, keeping the stock. The corporation would have Investments rather than assets of the business. If we sell the stock the buyer has to take the present depreciation figures and continue with them where by buying assets they can start depreciation at present values.
How to finance it gets a little more cloudy.
Took pictures of schools all over Marion and took to Al Tozer to develop and print. He let me watch him print some he developed last night. He sure has a beautiful set up and great equipment. Moved their former kitchen cabinets to basement for his dark room.
