It’s getting tiresome walking to Bible school every morning. D & I sat on the porch all p.m. watching what we thought was Louis but it wasn’t. He came down for a little bit. Helen and Mary were here this evening. “Nita” is a mess. I wonder where Walt is?

Dropped Walt in Bucyrus to see his brother and we went to Uncle Hen’s for dinner. So-so time. I got teased about Walt. After B.Y. Glenn P. and some kids came down and we went for it a ride, but I sure couldn’t neck [shorthand]

I’ve been congratulated on the way I’ve made Barbara Smith behave. Went up town and got the hemstitched of my new dress. Worked on my memory book. M.P. and I went over to Aunt Ruth’s this evening.

Walt came down to Bible school to see if I got home. He was here until 12 last night. Doris and I went down to marry Burtches and sewed this afternoon. Was working on Bible school stuff when Walt came this evening. Played croquet and then we had a good time.

I didn’t go to Sunday school with the other kids. We waited around all day to see the Macon* fly. Finally went out to the airport about 6 and parked on a big hill. Not much activity and we waited until 10 with no results home 1:30.
*Airship – they are probably in Akron , since Marion did not have an airport in 1933, and certainly no hills!
