Mrs. Strine subscribed for Woman’s Home Companion. Makes a nice commission.
Marys mump getting better.
Went over to grandmas in P.M.

Had pep & annual assembly. Team talked. Got my classes changed. It will be easier to get my lessons this way. Algebra in A.M. Latin in P.M.
Played Galion at Y. Beat ‘em 32-12

Thursday February 6 1930
Boys & girls both for Glee Club. We practised a real pretty song “Farewell”
G.R. Meeting. Didn’t do much.

Wednesday February 5 1930
Got grade cards for 3rd 6 weeks Sem.
English 94 A+
Algebra 95 A
Latin 94 A
History 92 A
Science 96 A

Tuesday February 4 1930
14 ?short in banking, I hated it but it couldn’t be traced. Went to class meeting at Helen Wood’s.
Mary has the mumps at last. Stu’s wanted them for a long time.

Monday February 3 1930
Mrs. Crane still here like her lots better than at first. Jessie here when I got home from school.
Invited us over unexpectedly for supper. Sure a good one. Listened to Thompkin’s Corners a mystery is there & spooky.

Sunday February 2 1930
S.S. We are starting a contest of points the prize being 10 days at Dennison. Burl’s family surprised us for dinner. Glad to see them. Billy into everything tooth past on the stairs. Played school with the kids.

Saturday February 1 1930
We won. 13-12. Went up town and got the pictures. Pretty good. Got a book to put jokes in and worked on it for about an hr. Daddy popped coren & I read.

Friday January 31 1930
Whoope! Got 100 in History exam.
Came home at noon and mother had been up town and go me two dresses, two pr. Stockings, two brassiers & a garter belt. Central plays Galion there to-night.

Thursday January 30 1930
Only got 81% in Latin exam.
Had History exam and it was fairly easy.
Had first open meeting of G.R. to-night after school.
