Washed woodwork & floor & waxed it. Took Kathy & Mother with me to Big Bear & then home & me back to work. Lots of corsages – I made bows & packed them & actually made on of carnations & several of gardenias.
Headache & so to bed,.

Made out order for Christmas things from Sears. Went over house lightly.
Made up 4 containers this P.M. for Maish* funeral. One glads & poms another 2 of poms & muims another of just poms.
Used up the old flowers I had been wondering about. Had about 14 containers for this funeral & several sprays.
Tired tonight. Stayed home instead of going to Worker’s Council.

Washed clothes not quite dry at noon so I left them up.
Started to work at Blake’s Florists. Afternoons only. Kathy will stay with mother – 40 cents an hour. Not much doing today. They say the way to learn is to keep your eyes open. Came home on bus but Wally had gone to meet me & missed me so had to wait supper on him after I got home.
