Met Paul Dasher & John Bauldauf in Commonwealth’s office to see possibility of splitting it & give us part. Lots of heating & plumbing problems. Would be better if we could have it all. I offered $1,000 a month for ours & it. Would be 110×42 – now have 70×42 plus garage.
Picked up Rosina Brooks & took her to travelog. Dick Reddy as Mark Twain in “A Tramp Abroad”. Pictures of Switzerland. Took Mother with me on delivery to Espyville Rd. Mrs. Hoch’s farm home – Elegant when we had House & Garden Picnic about 1948. A mess now.
