Sally cleaning. In to shope from 11 to 4.

In to deliver funeral work but Dave finished. Rain 1 1/2″ so picnic indoors. Grilled sausage selection. Kenny Hecker with Brooks & Jordans. Loren Baker & his bride Jesse. Howard & I cleaned steps to patio. River flooding tonight.

Monday, July 2, 1973
Kathi, kids & I looked at 3 houses with Ruby but nothing suitable. Very busy at shop. 3 wedding apppointments. Took Deckers to Mikes Restaurant for spaghetti. Me to last Class of ’33 committee windup meeting.

Tuesday, July 3, 1973
Gobs of funeral work but I took off for an hour errands. Bought picnic table at Penny’s. Kathi to Lockbourne shopping – pap test – etc. Kids with Olgua. Took North delivery & got in storm. 1″ rain. Also delivered to Caledonia.

Sunday, July 1, 1973
Kathi & kids to Sunday School. David & Karen up at 10:00. Set up Casita. I did wedding & brought chicken back – Ate in Casita. Karen & David left at 3. Mary & Rocky stopped about 4:00. Had taken Ron & Peggy to Port Columbus.

Saturday, June 30, 1973
Keith helped me set up weddings. Monte Thomas – Randy Smith’s friend killed under mower so funeral work piled up. Serviced 3 weddings. Walt & Olgua brought kids back about 10:30.

Friday, June 29, 1973
Kathi, kids & I looked at Edna Hatfield Harrold’s house on Uhler. But it’s too much & too small. She’s asking $34,000. Also at unfinished house on Pole Lane.
