Our job- to try to persuade them not to put present building up for public auction, but to lease it to the Marion County Historical Society 99 years with Society to maintain it and preserve the building.
Mailed about 250 newsletters. Then to Hall-Beck with final corrections on yearbook. At shop by 4 and worked till 6 pricing Christmas merchandise. To supper with gang. Then to Claridon Township appeals board meeting. Marker variance finally legal. Filed Amendment.

Dropped David off at Dr. Vornholt’s for teeth cleaning and picked him up later at Bowen house to see what has been done. Most wallpaper off and floors complete (no holes where electrical wiring was put in). David took the Dodge wagon back to Cincinnati but didn’t want title transferred yet.
To camera Club. Carol and Eric Schlater there with underwater pictures taken in Caribbean with $4,000 equipment. Gorgeous, but accompanied by loud Rock? And 50 slides of Carol in a wetsuit?
