Warm. Trella & I shopped Marion Supply 2 hrs tonite for plumbing & heating stuff. Supper at 954, nap & to her house for evening.

Wednesday, January 14, 1953
Trella & Mrs. Deyson worked all day cleaning 954! [Westwood Drive, Ray’s home] Home & helped, got supper, & worked on dismantling & packing basement till 7:40 (?) Cleaned up, some small pome work, called Trella & to bed. 1st advertised (Star) for sale. Warm.

Tuesday, January 13, 1953
Day off – cleaned, de-junked, rather all day, about. Trella out late pm, tonite we drew plans, but I got fed – “elevation” plan I knew nothing about.

Monday, January 12, 1953
Icy, but got much better. To Trella’s for lunch. Tonite, dancing Holiday Hill* & a fine time! Home about 1. Sandy called about 5:30, too.

Sunday, January 11, 1953
Colder & snow. Trella here 12:15 (?)-4, de-junking & sorting. I went there for supper (Hutchman’s & I) & we spent evening house-planning and talking. Fun this time! [shorthand]

Saturday, January 10, 1953
Rainy & rather miserable, but walking good, at least. Lotsa mail & help. To Trella’s for lunch, & again tonite. Plans, etc. Nice time & both very happy.

Friday, January 9, 1953
Walking better, but I walked too fast. Trella’s for lunch, & we went to Bray’s tonite – instructive & interesting. Home 12:50!

Icy ? Rained & froze – awful. Let up later on, tho. To Trella’s after nap, nice evening – plans, plans, & etc, fun.

Tuff walkin’. Home for lunch. Tonite, napped & pomed. Called Trella – “last fight before we’re married”?

Cold! +1 degree F. Pooh. Snowing like heck at bedtime. H ome for dinner. Home tonite & pomes, letter. Bed early.
