Worked along pond and waterway some more. Looks like a different placed. Dave worked for an hour with me cutting out dead bushes along pond. Mallard kept feeding with no note of us. Wore myself out but cooked chicken & dressing for dinner. Didn’t know I had bought a whole chicken – so cooked it whole. Watched The Thornbirds on T.V. Richard Chamberlain & Rachel Ward – filmed in Simi Valley, Ca instead of Australia.
