Letter from Becky Myers Seoager (Charlton Myers daughter) thanking me for the 40th Anniversary Celebration that included her dad’s part – answered & sent program – Sent birthday card to Josh with $20.
Tried to print labels to update my black address book but couldn’t include phone # so emailed David for help – have almost 500 entries of people I keep in contact with!-
Sent my agenda for exec meeting to Jan Augenstein & Gale.
Enjoyed spring-like weather by wreaking dead hosta leaves on to welk & sunflower hulls off crocus. Up ¼ In. at 10:00 AM – ¾ in. at 3 PM

Wrote letters of appreciation to Brad Bebout & Pam Stone for Baord eduction yesterday.
Checked figures on income tax – have it ready for Diane Mault,.
Called Mike Perry – He has reneged on helping with the Vitcorian Tour but his Bed & Bfst can be a site. Sent letter to Jo Ann Neal, pres of Marion Board of Realtors outlining plan. And to Scott Crider for his suggestions.

Sponsored by Treca, Marion Community Foundation & United Way – and attended by about 70 people in 2 sessions this should have had 1,000 non-profit board members in attendance. It was free – the former GE Building – refurbished as the Larry Mumper Technology Building – was luxurious – the handouts fantastic and the presenters knowledgable & enthusiastic.
Good to talk to Sharon Middleton (Thorpe) who lived on State St in the 1950s & ___ Wickersham, and Ron of Trinity Baptist Church.
Wrote a letter to JoAnn Neal, pres of Marion Board of Realtors, outlining MCHS plans for Victorian Tour of Homes – Sent to Gale for OK – also a copy to Mike & Linda Perry.

Made an outline for talk to Green Camp Seniors – listed blooming dates – Put in folder with deed & MCHS acknowledgment of gift of Green Camp Prairie. Karen’s directions incomplete but I arrived right at 1:00 – community center filled – 48 reservations for their potluck – Karen talked 45 minutes so that left me 15 minutes.
Only Gloria Dickason & Patty Carey knew of Green Camp Prairie – So I told them giving Kensel full credit – Also offered a summer tour.
On way home stopped at Marion Board of Realtors & talked to Lori Dye – offered an outline on plans for Victorian House tour on April 19 – She will email it for Joann ___ the president of Board of Realtors.
Dave Matyak came over about 4:00 – took him about 5 minutes to get tire back on golf cart & plug it in for next week – when weather warming is forecast.

Call from David to ask my plans for attending Norm Fogt’s funeral service. Told him IU’ll go to funeral tomorrow at Emmanuel Lutheran – Meet him at 11:00 in parking lot.
Went to Terradise Nature Preserve as 1:00 – No one there! – when I signed guest book the Conyers, Condrys and Bob Klips had signed on March 1 -p Karen K didn’t give me the time – emailed my feeling to Mary Donaldson & Karen.
Lazed – fed birds – read Star

If I had gone to mail box this AM instead of about 6:00 tonight – I would have had one less day worrying about where the $10,000 check would be deposited at the Ohio State Bank – so reassuring to find – among the junk mail – an envelope with return address Reassure America Life Insurance Co – $10,000 check made out to me enclosed. I had called McDaneisl to ‘reassure’ them I would be in to pay for my new red Prius when the check was deposited. So tomorrow it will be – by me – RALI.
Had emailed David to contact RALI so I called him – he had emailed me earlier that Norm Fogt died thurs at Colo Hospital (Marion Star web page)
Finished compiling tax infor except for checking contributions.

Royce cleaning $50 – She didn’t make my bed – I did 3 loads of laundry. Not a dirty clothes in the house.
Worked on income tax – used Excel to sum – contributions – medical – interest – etc.
Corrected Board 2009 from Jerrie. We are short one trustee.
Called Ohio State Bank – no deposit of $10,000 from Reassure America Ins. deposit in my #719 account.
Dave Matyak came buy with his jack & got the wheel off the golf cart & into Prius to be fixed.

Wrote letters of thanks to Primrose Retirement Communities for cookies & punch – and to David H for all his involvement – also mailed Valenda Mackay & Carol Robinson for greeting & selling.
Worked on entering Income Tax figures in Excl.
Dave Matyak here from 2:00 to 3:30. No Jack so he couldn’t remove the tire on golf cart that is flat. Reactivated my weather gadget.
Becky Lux & son Peter came by to pick up prairie seed I gathered for her last fall. Will plant it back of Marca near Senior Center.
Offered help for cleanup at Terradise Nature Preserve and MCHS. Loaned her a couple of my prairie books.
Answered online survey on customer satisfaction with Toyota McDaniel on recent purchase of 2009 Prius – gave excellent to all questions.

Sorted Income Tax info & entered contributions & Medical into Excel & summed. Wrote letter to Bob Hill of Prospect & sent with By-Laws-Standing Rules & Collections Mgmt Policy.
To P.O. & mailed certificates of honor to 10 founding members $1 each because large envelope – 59¢ for ½ that size.
To Nationwide Ins. & found that the $4 was not owing – voided check – to Ohio State Bank – cashed Natrionwide refund check – but no $10,000 deposit.
Shopped at Meijer – Actonel $35 – Groceries $39 but had a $10 Meijer refund.
Home about 5:00 but decided to not go to Friends of Prairie Parks.
