Got sweetest letter from Wally.

Up about 9 and fooled around until noon. Worked on budget. Walt, Daddy and I went to garden after dinner. Dug glad bulbs and cut corn. Beautiful day. Bathed- supper. Walt and I went over to Grandma’s to see Uncle Jim. Uncle Allen and family there too. Home about 9:30 wanted to go to midnight show but Daddy wouldn’t let us. So Wally just loved me.
