Such a nice day but had to work on getting material ready for awards program. Sent copies to Elizabeth Reeb who will calligraphy them, Jim Strider, Julie, Bill Nolan, Steve White, George Bain.

Howard went with me to melon patch and we brought back five more to ripen on the deck.

Kass called that year end report back- $10,000 profit. First in several years. Called Kathi from shop when I went in to mail Awards letters- Bob home- Kathi entering photos at State Fair. Also called David and made plans to meet them at Blue Jacket outdoor drama near Xenia Friday night.

Dave shopping in Mansfield with Walt and Olgua- they bought him two shirts- pretty far out.

Balanced checkbooks and checked investments. Still can’t decide whether to make an offer of $25,000 for the 50 acres across the road.

When Dave came home we went shopping at mall. Got him jeans and $40 sneakers- then he went into a pouting tizzy when I wouldn’t buy $28 grey jeans.
