Tody was Eutoka Welch who lived on Patten St. next to the grocery.
Later she “got mad at me” for something that I never knew I did. All thru high school she wouldn’t speak to me and it made me sad. She played the piccolo.]

Too bad I didn’t write during the time we moved from 425 Ballentine Ave to 229 E. Fairground St. Also Aunt Sylvia, Uncle Perry, Don (Bob), Doris & Wilda Mae moved from Kennedy Court to Hampton Road in Akron right after Bob graduated from Harding.
Two very traumatic experiences- writing this 63 years later I must note that quite often I didn’t make diary entries of the most important events.As if by not recording them-they hadn’t happened.]

An assembly for the annual staff in which we all gave impromptu speeches.
Tommy & Jessie* over for a chicken dinner in the evening.
Fla. weather till eve and then it rained.
