Pat gave me a typewritten offer for the shop of $130,000 – $5,000 for wagon, typewriter, calculator & filing cabinet.
Called Kathi after watching “Jacquline Bouvier Kennedy” on TV. – Her share sould be $16,900 – about $15,000 after taxes. She was thrilled.

Took tax Real Estate exemption form to auditor’s office.*
