At breakfast ask Davy if he knew what would happen today & he said “Baby home – Mommy home.” Guess Don & I don’t keep house as good as Kathi. But good to have her & Kris home.

Housekeeping at 1852 Popago. Davy loves “Sesame Street” on TV. To see kathi at hospital again. She’s up & walks to nursery with us to see Kris.

Flew to Phoenix – good connections. Don & Davy met me. Davy talking 2 word sentences. To hospital at 7 to see Kathi & black haired Kristi. So tiny.

Saturday, January 31, 1970
4 wedding appointments took valuable time. Travel Bureau closed so had to call TWA Columbus to get standby reservations for tomorrow.

Mary & rocky drove in at 10 P.M. My phone is out! – Don had called at 9:15 – Kathi & new baby Kristine Suzanne doing fine – born 6:15 P.M. 6# 13 oz.

Phillip Case – marion County Sanitation stopped to see flooded area across road where sewage plant is proposed. Ruth Mulvaine cleaned – 8 to 1-.

Wednesday, January 28, 1970
Talked to Philip Case – Marion County Health Office & he will investigate with the state the sewage plant.

Tuesday, January 27, 1970
Went to County Health office & found that “Wood Valley” Trailer Park sewage plant is proposed in gully that feeds my pond. Altrusa & to Hutchmans.

Monday, January 26, 1970
David is 25! Met Mary, Mother & Ruth Ruhlman at shop & drove to Fountain City, Indiana for funeral of Don’s grandfather William Fisher.

Sunday, January 25, 1970
To David & Karen’s at 2 for surprise birthday party for David’s 25th birthday (tomorrow). Delicious buffet supper.
