Saturday, May 26, 1973
In at 9 & delivered Hicks wedding. Tom Large in for deliveries. What a pleasant change from Pete Shifftet. Delivered to both cemeteries amidst wedding appointments. Took Mother. Alice broke andle. Files a mess.

Friday, May 25, 1973
Letter from Kathi saying Bob has asked her to marry him. She hasn’t answered him. Had Edna work on posting. Alice is so far behind. Maggie in to work bu moves so slow.

Worked since I had Monday off.

Wednesday, May 23, 1973
Salesmen & wedding appointments all day. Card from Mary wrtten Saturday for Den Hague. So tired. Mother ok – grocery shopped. To bed at 9:15.

Tuesday, May 22, 1973
Dr. Olson called from Mother’s saying she was sick. Went right in. Stomach ache, bad. Took book work up there between wedding appointments. Dr. back at 7:30 & hypo again. Pain stopped. Me home at 12:30.

Monday, May 21, 1973
Martha called – shop not busy so I didn’t go in. Set out geraniums, roses & impatiens. Howard mowed. 20 here for Burroughs Club. Margaret Iams showed yr old Nova Scotia slides. Beautiful. Temp 70.

Sunday, May 20, 1973
Slept till noon – to Wait’s woods for more. Set out petunias by pond – Made 10 terrariums after 1 hr. nap.

Saturday, May 19, 1973
Out of shop most of day on weddings. Leona & Edna set up – Pierson wedding set for 2:30 canelled at 1:00 – Wally Graham’s friend. Pete quit thank goodness. Reading Morton & Clark on Italy.
