Sunday February 27 1938
Fanny, Floy, N. Jean, Mary & Loren here for dinner. Gave Fanny pink neck collar. Didn’t fit my black dress.
Walt & I went to his mother’s after dinner. She gave me a little black taffeta jacket that was Mr. Ruhlman’s first wifes. About 50 years old- how quaint.
I didn’t go to BY- But to church. Roland Snow home from Chicago. He & Bobby split up in Sept & he could think of nothing else- Poor kid.
Home & to bed.
14 more Monday mornings to get up at 5:00 if no vacation.
Looked at Laudon’s house but I’m afraid it won’t be for sale.
