Pitched in on house at 7:30 but still had things to do when Emily Wafel & girls of Troop 5 about 12 of them – came to see the gardens. After looking the frost bitten things over came back & I talked a little about arrangements & did a couple. Then showed them about corsages.
After dinner Wally helped daddy move the counter from the bankk over to their basement. The he cleaned the apartment. Two girls came to look at it & either one will take it except Porter’s called to see it & I told them Tues.
I canned 7 qts. peaches & made 2 peach pies.
Romines up for evening. Ray & I went over home & got glads & orchid for wedding tomorrow.
I have a devlish cold.
