Trella Hemmerly – 1979-06-25

Monday June 25th 1979
Conference with Pat O’Hare on selling Hemmerly’s from accountants point of view. Not much to offer. No comment on selling price except he sure would buy it quick at 75,000 which is what lawyers seem to think that it was worth.
At 6 Pete and Kass in with some questions about figures in last three years profit-and-loss sheets. He had predicted this year’s sales at $410,000, completely ignoring out order delivery, telephone receipts it is actually $466,000.
Inventoried off and on all day in until 9:30 tonight.
Sent caustic note to Lazarus. They returned glass container and lid for my blender just like I had sent to them to repair the metal part at the bottom but with a hole in the bottom and charged me $14.42.
