Talked to Jim Horner – he told me my friend on the sofa at the potluck was Mike Todd! –
Spent the morning creating a list of authors, their books, and pricing & place at H.H. – took it to Gale about 11:00 and she suggested changes that got it on one sheet. She will print 50 for Sat night. She has the tables set up & will have names of authors to put on them.
Shopped at Aldi’s & the wind made it impossible for me to get a cart & go in until a man helped me. Norma Jacobs chatted for about 15 minutes – about Madge – about a letter she has written by Nan Britton – $35 order took all my cash – got snacks for Katie & George.
When I got home the red Star box had blown out of the green box & was lying along road by rail fence & Star was in the road.
