80° cloudy
Workers started about 10:00 a.m. Had another six to eight timbers but waiting for bigger shipment to come in. Used up ends to continue framing steps to patio.
I planted the eight yellow gazanias Dave Matyac and Marilyn brought and one of Gale’s coreopsis in lower drive bed. Weeded and watered plants, mowed upper and lower lawn, watered pots on deck.
Chipmunk dug out the miniature rose from the pot with banana peels.
Gale and grandchildren brought Chinese food and also a blueberry pie from bake sale at Log Cabin where Gale was on duty all day. Left enough food for Susannah’s supper when she came from OSU Columbus about 8:00
