Lee Jones of Jones Blacktop came about 11:00. Estimate of $50 to repair sides of blacktop along new walk & timbers. In at 1:00 to meet Huber Board at old Race Motors Bldg. 15,000 sq ft for $190,000. I think too big & too much. Revisited Lincoln Mercury Building next to Trinity & it looks better & better. I suggest we offer $75K for it. Returned Geo K Brown’s call – he feels I’m not a ‘Team Supporter’ – yet when he went over my list of ‘concerns’ he had to agree with me on every point.
