Howard wished me Merry Christmas with a check for $1,000 to help with the expenses of roof and pump and kitchen.
Cleaned and cooked. Mary here at 2:00 and helped by setting table- cleaning vegetables.
David and family arrived about 3:00 kids and David put skates on and down to river which is deeply frozen.
Kids just learning and had more fun on sled- I think.
Dinner of ham, scalloped oysters, broccoli and cheese sauce, cranberries, sweet potatoes. Mary brought pumpkin pie that we had after opening gifts. David gave me printer ribbons, a mouse for computer, 2 programs to evaluate ‘Tax Wise’ and ‘Publish-it Light’, 2 Edward Abbey books- Beyond the Wall and [blank]. Josh gave me black ceramic bathtub soap dish other kids gave me kitchen towels. Mary gave them all Totes socks. I gave bricks for Heritage Hall. 2 to Haldemans one to Terradise Computer Systems. Watched the video David got his family- ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit’. David led Mary into Marion because of her poor eye vision. Kathi called. spending day with Sims. Kristi there too.
