Wrote checks and mailed them. When I sent 1983 income tax info to State of Michigan Treasurer to prove I live in Caledonia Ohio- certified mail $1.84. In at 3:30 to wash bathroom shag rug at laundromat before going to Marion Historical Center for long-range planning committee. Carroll Neidhart had drawn main and basement floors at post office with possible uses. Then to Hall of Fame committee meeting at courthouse called by John Watkins to determine feasibility. Consensus was that MCHS should sponsor it with help from Scantland and implementing (on the quiet). Gave all present MCHS membership applications.
