Picked up around house as David brought the family with him to Hemmerly’s. I picked them up around noon, grocery shopped, got McDonald hamburgers & brought home for lunch. Showed kids my calligraphy. Cooked pot roast – broccoli – Waldorf Salad – cherry pie & brownies. David had found the “bug” in his payroll program so we toasted in red wine from a plane ride. Then he cleaned up some Cemetery glitches. They left about 8. Suzannah [sic] was so good all day – just look at her & she smiles.

Dave slept until 1 – I worked on cemetery records.

In at 5 to attend sub-party for BYF & parents at Trinity. Klenzman & Curry’s wanted input from parents on what they expected for their children from BYF. No one but me even knew what BYF stood for. Told them what BYPU* had meant to me in developing leadership & friendship.

Watched Winter Olympics – skate dancing gorgeous.
Dave chipped ice off lower driveway.
Paper looks exactly what I wanted – brings room together.
Space Shuttle Challenger landed in Florida 1st time.

Invited Mary Jordan for lunch – had “impossible bacon pie” – a bisquick quiche – tossed salad, fruit salad, brownies & coffee. Showed her some family treasures from Mother. Went through closets & gave her 3 ft. stack of clothing for her family. Nice to have a one to one visit. Howard ate lunch with us. 50 degrees.

Figured out In & Out order “formulas” for figures to give to Holbrook. Looks like Cheryl has been giving accountant wrong information & I thought she knew what she was doing!
