In to center with Ruth Mosher. Sharp copier was to be delivered at Center today but Wynn called at 1:00 saying shipment not in. Had to call all those who were coming in for a demo.
Willis and I in to interpret Huber records for us. The book from 1910 shows models when manufacturing and shipped it to whom. His input brought the records to life.

Started at computer at 8:30 and worked until 2:30 except for phone calls from Beth Longer about OAHSM membership brochure, Deb about interviewing Prospect for local history office head, and Tom Kuhn about getting a marker for Green Camp’s 150th anniversary. He wants to help MCHS develop plans for post office.
To see Mark Bauer at 3:00 to straighten out financial report for IRS to resubmit application for non-profit status. New 1987 tax laws makes us pay $150 application fee.
To Styling Salon at 4:00 for cut and blow dry. To Boyds to call on Art Burchett who died Monday of heart attack. With Mary and Geneva to Mount Gilead Methodist Church for dinner. Kathi called about getting air tickets for Dave’s Wedding on August 25th.

Cloudy- cold and windy but Howard started push mower for me and I trimmed for an hour. Watering from house well new grass seed but no sprouts. Had computer all p.m. on Huber minutes and appreciation letters to John Schroeter. To MCHS at 6:00 with geranium I grew. Norm Fogt helped me set them out after the meeting. Norm, Charlie and I bulldozed John Hickson into selecting a Sharp 7500 [copier] at $2,495 instead of a Panasonic. No minutes from April- I’m really slipping. Nominating and Construction Revision committee meeting after regular meeting.
