Rather poohed. My own fault. Trella & I, after lunch at 552, tried to scout out some land during my lunch hr. Home tonite – and cleaned – bed early.

Still off – better tonite. Pomes most o’day. SJ went to Flo’s direct from school. I went 552* for supper & we went to Art School (Harding) – 1st oils! T. had headache. Better later.

Wednesday, January 30, 1952
Off with “breaking in two”. Pretty bad this time. Subbed pomes, “oil” case, bugs etc. Trip for mail tonite. Sold Post! (5th ? time now). SJ popcorned & appled!

Tuesday, January 29, 1952
Colder. 13 degrees above a.m. About 10 degrees at bedtime. T. had me for lunch. SJ & I shopped, had Tom Koon in ($7.40) on TV. She ironed. I went to T.’s for lunch & drawing lesson till 10:30.

Monday, January 28, 1952
Colder. Felt good, tho. Tonite, nice salmon cake supper ala Jean, after getting pop, by me & visiting Dad a minute. Verses, TV. records, bkkp’g [bookeeping?] tonite.

Sunday, January 27, 1952
No rain, a relief. But I had horrible sick headache all a.m. Bed till noon on davenport. We stayed for dabbing pomes, records. She (Jeanne) to mom’s at 5, I versed, bugged, till 9:30 & to T.’s ’till 12:00. Nice time.

Saturday, January 26, 1952
Never had car out (mail and off). Rain. Radio says 3″ tonite!! SJ home 4:00 or so. Fish for supper, & good! I cleaned some house, windows, etc. & pomed a bit. Worked on oil painting accessories.

Friday, January 25, 1952
Up & off to Columbus with TH. Nice time. Shopped, mostly. Oil colors, books, records (she, new player) etc. To her house till 10:45 (?) only; and home. SJ to her mother’s again!

Thursday, January 24, 1952
Cold – 17 degrees a.m. Helped get chili supper for S. & I. To [illegible] and class at Harding – T. & Erma Hutchman too. To T.’s after getting kids at 229 Fairgound. To T.’s until 1:00

Wednesday, January 23, 1952
Cold. Sno flurries. Got Jean after school & she went Flo’s for supper & all nite. T. had me up for lunch. Called her ab Orchid case tonite. Dubbed, versed, read.
