Narsty, rainy, coolish day. We went Acres, 4 of us, about 9:30 (?) stayed til 5. Dinner in shcack. Got winda [window] about finished, planted Westwood things, etc.,etc. (Trella cleaned the jernt [joint] somemore). Visitors. Have 1 wall back-plastered & tarred. Home tonite, TV-garden-read, etc.

Warm! Shirt sleeves all day. Westwood at noon, loafing & lunching. Trella & I mowed lawn tonite, I loafed some more & [shorthand] out some things for Acres. To North Drive-in tonite, with kids.

Some warmth left – 9 hrs today, due to spot’s being late. We Acre-d tonite, getting boat to water 1st time; chopping trees, moving dirt, etc. Buried dead o’possum found under shed too! Home poohed – Trella hadda go shop & make corsages. Called Paris & Sandy.

Warm! Day off; we got a window & spent most o’day trying to get it in shack. Tore out partition too. (Worked 3 rows Trella’s Irises bed in garden) Poohed tonite, nothing, me!

Warmer! Tonite, we dashed to Acres after supper, Trella & I only, & enjoyed house (about 2/3 of house left to lay 2 basement blocks) & the WILDFLOWERS acress river!! Home & visited Rockwells an hour.

Warmer & Fair!! Took Sandra Jean alon (&Sandy Soulier) to Acres tonite. I fell in river. Blocks about 2 or 3 to go, to be up*! Sandra Jean drove car here & back home. Hemmerlys back from southern trip.

More snow on ground early; melted, but spat all day; ground covered again tonite. To Burrough’s Guest Nite at West Town Bank – nice; Trella officiating. Good speaker – Kiefer. Paris & family, too.

Cold. Brought a load from 954. Trella & I had some words about David. I ate toast – we went Acres for quick look & for ride. Bill & Erma’s for supper, dashed Columbus HOme Show. Snowed – & snowed.

Cold – snow on ground a.m., flurries all day. Took Sandra Jean long ride (she drove); supper Waldo together, to Acres, around & about till 7:45. TV with Trella tonite.

Cold yet; snowing tonight. Felt good, though. Home tonite – some David trouble. Trella home from work at 6. Wedding appointment tonite. I dubbed verses, etc. Called Sandra Jean.
