Trella Hemmerly – 1989-01-30

Monday, January 30, 1989
Knee still catches every time I get up from sitting position miserable.
David in to Boyd’s early. Sold them SBT accounting and payroll system. Had Hemmerly board meeting at 11:00 New Dimensions still losing money. Gave Kass $800 IRA contribution. Got payroll back on biweekly to do away with tricky overtime accounting that by monthly caused.
Home and made labels for all Huber Association members and put them on The Huber Story 1948 publication and made labels for those attending tonight’s meeting to make them collector’s items. Had about 38 members there. Mrs. Ed Williams has payroll books, Articles of Incorporation, etc. that she saved- was in office after company moved to South Carolina.
I resigned as Secretary of Edward Huber Memorial Association and will devote that time to researching and writing a book on Huber and his accomplishments
Edward T. Huber, grandson of Edward T and Mary Huber and great-great-grandson of Edward Gilbert came up from Columbus. Reports given but John Watkins forgot to conduct election of three trustees!
